Privacy Policy

Tuck-In Tales is run by Harvey Creative in Lindale, Texas. We built it for parents, and it handles details about children, so we keep this short and strict.

What we collect

• From you, the parent: your email address, plus the payment details you give to Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• About your child: their first name, age (2 to 10) and the interests you type in. Nothing else. Please don’t enter last names, schools, addresses or anything that identifies them.
• Your time zone, so stories arrive at 6pm your time.

We don’t collect anything directly from children. The service is for parents and guardians, who read the stories aloud.

How we use it

Only to write and email your child’s story each night, to run your subscription, and to answer you when you write to us. We don’t sell or rent your information, we don’t use it for advertising, and we don’t build profiles.

Who processes it

• Stripe handles payments and stores your subscription, including your child’s first name, age and interests.
• Brevo delivers our emails.
• Anthropic provides the AI model (Claude) that writes and safety-checks each story. The name, age and interests are sent to it to write that story.
• Netlify hosts this website.

We keep a short log of recent story titles for each child so we don’t repeat ourselves, plus the text of the latest story so we can help if you have a question about it.

Deleting your data

Every story email has a Manage, cancel, or delete link. Delete cancels your subscription right away and erases your child’s details and your customer record from Stripe. Our story log for your account is purged within 24 hours. Stripe may keep payment records that the law requires. You can also just email team@harveycreative.co and we’ll delete everything by hand.

AI-written stories

Every story is written by AI. Each one is checked by a second AI safety reviewer and a word filter before it’s sent, and it gets rewritten if it fails. No check is perfect, so please skim each story before reading it aloud.

Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above and email subscribers about anything significant. Questions: team@harveycreative.co.
